I like very much your post, IT is a excellent Idea to answer this questions, and I am going to answer them all:
I fell VEry proud that people thinks of the other people that needs there help.I think that this language has to be known because if a (sordo) is walking in the street and he is saying to another place, he can´t here so the eople can help him(them). I fell (pena) because they can´tt do all the sensees and all what we can do, they have more dificultes, but it is interesant that it exist another comunicate foir that people,
